Some things..

Some things i miss,.

The smell of the lodge at Lbbc, the lodge has such a great smell.. it smells like home, even given the crap that went down,, that place will always hold a special place in my heart.

hanging out at genna's house and swimming in the river, genna's house is just awesome. always filled with laughs and lots of friends. swimming in the river, swinging on that one swing thing on that hill. so much good there.

driving to wisconsin to go to diffee's house and listening to dragonforce almost the whole drive, that was just crazy, running barefoot through the cornfield, ruthlessly harassing him about emily, sleeping in the pop-up with jon.

hanging out in brenda's basement watching scary movies, brenda's house, probably one of the homiest homes i've been in, so many fun memories, late night walmart runs, white elephant gifts at christmas, seriously awesome.

driving around going to guitar center and playing video games at bretts house, oh brett, one of my longest time friends, all i have to say is, it always pays to make sure!

eating delicious food and hanging out at austen's house, that house too was a home away from home, his parents were some of the nicest people i've met, opening up their home to five, twenty something guys for extended periods of time, always supplied with delicious homemade meals.

camp lebanon, one of the best summers of my life, so much God, need i say more?

ccacc, one of the best places i've been to, the place where i met my lovely wife. the place where i got married, the place where my brother and i were reunited lots of memories.

there's a lot more i miss, but these were some of the things that camp to mind while writing this.

what's going on here!?

So to all my loyal followers, i know there are many, i got married and moved to alaska, hence the long hiatus from posting.. pfft, as if that was why. okay now to the good stuff.. Uhm, i dunno actually. RAGE quit.



So uh, i over fed Jons fish on his blog, you all should go there and do the same thing, cause it's fun. also, i dunno about you guys, but this 24 hour sunlight thing has to end.. and i also need some food.. so im gonna peace out, think about something interesting to write about,, maybe 'merica, F**k yeah? hah.. oh that song.. alright, for real though, next post will be interesting, like the bigfoot post.. maybe.. hmmmm.

A long time coming

So! I haven't posted on here since october of 2011.. yowza that's a long time. shout out to my brother jon, ;) jk. for real though hey. A lot has happened since my last post, first and foremost I got engaged! WOO! pretty crazy stuff right there, can't even believe it sometimes. She's amazing to put it simply. So Jon, my brother, told me i should write him a real post. so here it is. I miss him,, i got to spend all summer long working "with" him. he was a counselor and i was on the operations team, aka O-Team! Anyway, it was great, i hadn't seen him in a couple of years. After summer ended i got the operations internship. since jon didn't have much going on, he was a "vol-intern" for a couple months, so we got to hang out even more,, but since he left.... i've missed him. at first i was like , woo hoo, no more jon, i have space! (not really). But now that he's been gone for a few months, i realize how much i miss having him around.. cross word puzzles in the truck, random back table snack runs, easier work load due to two people instead of just myself ;D. yup, i miss that dude, but the good news is,,, HE"S COMING BACK! WOO! in less than a month he'll be ridin around shotgun with me. can't wait for that time.. gonna be good. just like the beginning :).

Tonight i go to bed an extremely happy man, a note from my amazing girlfriend still running through my mind. I love her so much!

life and what not

Okay, so first off, who's an intern at a camp? THIS GUY! Also, who's still single and looking for that special lady? THIS GUY! Uh, who's gonna drop nearly 5 grand on guitar gear over this next year? THIS GUY! We get it i cant think of anything to write cause it's late and i have to drive back to washington over the next three days... yup, i got nothing left that i can think of. "the human torch was denied a bank loan" "Your name echos in the halls of the universe!"..  uh, my car got painted again. but this time it got completely finished. inside and out, the thing looks so beast, nice and black with some orange.. mmm yeah! i'm gonna go to sleep now. this post is for you bun. i'll do a real post later.
