*!How to catch a bigfoot!*

Yes all, the mystery is finally unveiled! I Jordan will teach you the necessary steps to catching a real live bigfoot!. i say catching a big foot because lets be honest. There's more than just one. So, things you will need. Post list i will get into the actual steps needed to take in order to get one of these gentle giants.

1.Land in which a bigfoot colony can survive.(Including [but not limited to] a minimum of 500 acres with varying terrain, three small lakes, and one river.)
2a.Tantalizing food sources to draw the bigfoot family in. (This should be relatively easy due to the large amounts of wooded area and fields.)
2b. Bait, this goes along with the food sources in general. The food source may be enough to entice them, but if you want to maximize the bigfoot experience, you will want to set bait out for them. (Organic, naturally raised meat and poultry products.[we wouldn't want to upset any tummies].)
3.LOTS of camera equipment. I would suggest trail cameras that are motion activated. Mainly due to convenience, but you are welcome to buy whatever kind of video equipment you would like. I would suggest around 50 trail cams and 2 high quality digital SLR cameras for every field you have on your land. Yes i realize that is a large expenditure, but it will be worth it.
4.Large nets and rope. These are an essential part of the catching portion of, the act of capturing a bigfoot.
5.Tranquilizer gun. We here at Requiemforethics.blogspot.com do not endorse the illegal killing and poaching of any bigfoot.
6.A large sturdy cage and a flat bed truck. You will need these to transport your newly captured bigfoot to a scientific research lab (or my house).
7.Time, lots and lots of it. I'm not talking about the magazine either. I mean like, the scientific 4th dimension. The thing that ticks away and we all don't seem to have enough of.

Okay, now to the nitty gritty, where all the work comes into play... After acquiring all of the necessary land, you'll want to learn as much of it as possible, i would suggest multiple months of trail walking, wandering around the unknown areas. Make sure you take notes of things like, wild food sources i.e. wild berries, small game trails, fresh water sources, etc etc.
After you've surveyed the land and learned a majority of the secrets it holds, you are ready to begin the tedious process of setting up your trail cameras and first set of planted bait. The first set of bait you will want to set up are around river(s) and lakes, and have them hanging. I suggest you have them hanging, because if you don't, other critters will get to it before the bigfoot has time to. You also don't want to hang the bait right out in the open. Anything with a brain knows that something like that is normally too good to be true, so make sure that they are easily accessible, yet hidden enough to make them feel comfortable snatching up the goodies.
Places to put the cameras. I suggest putting a couple by the bait, but not by every one. Even though they are concealed and should be very hard to spot, mistakes can be made. So you'll want to place the rest of the cameras in places where a big foot might tread (game trails, along the river bank etc). For the open fields i would suggest having two, high quality, cameras at either end. Set these up to be on a time lapse system, taking pictures of the field every 20 minutes on a 10 minute interval. So every 10 minutes a picture is being taken. This way you are taking the same amount of pictures between the two cameras, but you are getting twice the coverage because it's like taking a picture every 10 minutes.
Once you get your first spotting of the bigfoot you'd like to catch, it's time to start thinking about net-traps. I personally would use these, because they are non-damaging to the creature. Yes you could use a bear trap or a snare if you wanted to harm the rarely seen creature. WE DON'T ENCOURAGE THAT! I suppose you could get another form of live trap like a cage,, but that would be much harder to conceal. And a pit-fall style trap could also harm the gentle giant. Therefore i would stick with the net. After you get a few more sightings of the bigfoot in question, and know where it's main food sources it likes to use and such, set your traps. Make sure they are strong and make sure you have the places that the trap is secured to are inaccessible to the trapped one, and hard to find to the unknown (other bigfoot that may try to help/rescue the trapped one). You will also want to make sure that the traps are as invisible as possible. Whether you cover it with leaves or other foliage, you need to make sure it is concealed.
If you have a trapped bigfoot that is in your net, you will need to get a way to get it down... This is where the tranquilizer comes in. After you subdue the primate with the tranquilizer, you will be able to lower him safely into the cage on the back of the flat bed truck. Please be aware that the cage may have to be very large, since the bigfoot can get over 7 feet tall and weigh over 600lbs. Once captured, take photographic evidence with one of the cameras of you with the bigfootcryptozologist, or wildlife research center.
What you do after you turn in your bigfoot is up to you, sell the land, keep the land and try and catch another, move to a desert island to get away from the media that is sure to hound you on, how you caught your bigfoot. Just remember, give credit where credit is due *cough cough*
